Deepak Nitrite Ltd share price gained 0.11% to Rs 1715.6 after the company's net profit surged by 56.94% to Rs 345.01 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 21.57% to Rs 2577.6 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Specialty Chemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 5.16 lakh crore, expanding by 16.75%. It has improved by 1.82% over last one week and climbed by 8.75% in last one month while the market capitalization of Deepak Nitrite Ltd has marginally improved by 3.85% and 5.80% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Deepak Nitrite Ltd stood at Rs 467.63 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 202.20% year-on-year, and rallying 55.18% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 526 crore, jumping 218.90% YoY and jumping 42.55% sequentially. Total expenses advancing by 16.28% to Rs 2101.07 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1581.32 crore, increasing 14.77% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 118.29 crore, inching up 6.65% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 4.77% to Rs 7887.07 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 21.04% to Rs 550.66 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 103617% to Rs 920.85 crore, and PBT plunged by 20.54% to Rs 757.09 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 538.95 crore in FY26, as against Rs 624.7 crore in FY25. Deepak Nitrite Ltd retreated by 5.69% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.94% during the same period.
